The positions are for an immediate start and will ensure families have continued care and education for their children right through to school age.

The daily program provides each child with a positive and nurturing environment and is responsive to each child’s interests, needs, strengths and abilities. This high-quality program enhances the child in all areas of learning and development - and where family routines are incorporated into the child’s day.

At this centre, staff members develop trusting relationships with the children and strongly value input from families. Our staff members draw on their many years of experience to ensure they provide children with a relaxing and happy environment – and especially one where children feel safe.

At St Nicholas we have two-purpose built playrooms designated for children under the age of two. One is the Dreamers room and the other is the Angels room – both ideal environments for interactive and adventurous playtime. There is also a separate outdoor environment with natural elements which has been designed to provide opportunities for this age group to explore and play.

St Nicholas Singleton has been providing quality early education and care for the local since 2005.

Children who attend this centre also benefit from being part of a transition-to-school program. This program includes activities which challenge and extend each child’s abilities and confidence. With its strong emphasis on school readiness this program helps ensure a more seamless transition to school when the time comes.
