Bishop Bill has announced the name of the diocese’s newest secondary school, Catherine McAuley Catholic College. Located in Medowie, the new secondary school will open in 2020, with building works set to commence in 2018.

On Friday, 12 February, a range of awards was presented to students in recognition of outstanding academic achievement in 2015 in a variety of areas: Year Six Religious Literacy, Year 10 Religious Literacy, HSC Studies of Religion 1 Unit & 2 Unit and recognition of the highest achievers and HSC Dux.
