KINDY STARTERS 2017: BULAHDELAH

The numbers may be small at St Joseph’s Primary School, Bulahdelah, but there is no shortage of enthusiasm, individual attention and community feeling.

Teacher Sarah Bragato welcomed six Kinders to the school on Wednesday and a number of parents and grandparents were on hand to share the big day.

However, most of the Kinders had participated in the Early Start program one day a week last year, so St Joseph’s felt very much like home for them and their families.

Once inside the classroom, which Kinders share with Year 1, there was so much to absorb: books to be pored over; crayons, pencils and paints to develop the inner artist; tea parties to enjoy; computers for each student and ‘dress ups’ to stimulate young imaginations.

The year is brimming promise for these young St Joseph’s students!
