Instagram the dawn of a new Aurora era!

Latin scholars among you will know that aurora is Latin for dawn – see what I did there?

As you may have read last month, from April Aurora will appear in the Saturday edition of The Newcastle Herald which of course has a higher circulation than the Wednesday edition. This provides a greater opportunity to reach more members of the local community and I feel confident this new arrangement will be embraced with enthusiasm!

We would love you to demonstrate that enthusiasm by sharing an image of yourself or someone you know reading Aurora in a favourite spot and tagging @mnnewstoday.

The April edition will appear in The Maitland Mercury, The Singleton Argus, The Manning River Times and The Scone Advocate on Wednesday 4 April and in The Muswellbrook Chronicle on Thursday 5 April. Aurora will then appear in The Newcastle Herald on Saturday 7 April. However, this is only the transition model.

In May and following months, Aurora will appear in The Newcastle Herald on Saturday 5 May, in the Maitland, Singleton, Taree and Scone papers on Wednesday 9 May and the Muswellbrook on Thursday 10 May. So the pattern will be The Herald first followed by the Manning and Hunter regional papers the following week.
